Alfredo Squillaro

Alfredo Squillaro was born in southern Italy and later moved to Bologna, where he graduated in DAMS (Disciplines of Arts, Music and Entertainment) and CITEM (Cinema, Television and Multimedia Production). He founded Altered States, an independent cultural project focused on substances, altered states of consciousness, harm reduction, and cultural events, also expressed through a fanzine and public talks. Interested in psychonautics, ethnobotany, psychology, and the arts, he writes on counterculture and social issues. He's studying Gestalt counselling and art therapy, creates digital psychedelic art, writes poetry, and DJs as Skwee.
