I have spent the last seven years exploring the principles of Eastern religion, Western philosophy, evolutionary biology, somatic therapy, neuroscience, and both positive and depth psychology. My aim is to develop a cohesive and integrated framework which makes these ideas applicable to life in the modern Western world, with a focus on moving towards a greater sense of wholeness, self-actualisation, and thriving. I hope anything I share will help you do the same.

Psychedelic-induced "spiritual emergencies" - such as Scott Hill's account of an LSD-triggered crisis - can be understood through a Jungian lens as an inner hero's journey, where confronting personal and archetypal shadow material, though harrowing, can ultimately lead to psychological integration and growth.
